The Tennyson is ideally located in central Napier City, away from the main bustle of the centre of town but within easy walking distance of all that Napier has to offer. The hotel overlooks the beautiful Clive Square Gardens and is directly opposite the Art Deco Trust and Shop.

The Tennyson is 20 minutes from Hastings, 1.75 hours from Taupo, 2.25 hours from Palmerston North, 2.5 hours from Gisborne, 3.5 hours from Tauranga and Hamilton, 3.75 hours from Wellington and 4.75 hours from Auckland.
